    Business communinacation

-          Sharing people within an enter prise that is performed for the commercial benefit of the organitation/company.
-          How a company shares information to promote it’s product or service to their potential consumers.

·    Element of communication

-          Sender/encoder => Pengirim
-          Receiver/decoder => Penerima
-          Message => Pesan
-          Channel/medium => Direct and Indirect (email,telephone,dll)

Guidelines for effective communication.
1.      Clarity of purpose => a clearly stated purpose (Kejelasan maksud&tujuan)
2.      Share activity => Bagi rata tugas
3.      Common set of symbol => Istilah-istilah umum yang dimengerti khalayak
4.      Focus on the need of receiver
5.      Active listening => The act of mindfully hearing and attempting to comprehend the meaning of speech (menyimak dan memahami)
6.      Controlling emotion => The influence we exert on our emotions,thoughts and behavior (Kontrol emosi)
7.      Politeness => Showing good manners toward others (menyampaikan dengan sopan)
8.      Clarity assumption => Asumsi harus jelas
9.      Avoiding connotation => Menghindari kata konotasi
10.  Socio –Psychological Aspect => Menyeimbangkan
11.  Completeness => Disampaikan dengan kompleks

1.      What did you mean by “Effective communication” ?

A two way information sharing process which involves one party sending a message that is easily understood by the receiving party and as verbal speech or other methods of relaying information that get a point across. An example of effective communication is when you talk in clear and simple terms.

2.      How does the knowledge of the communication process help us in communicating effectively ?

  The process : communication begins when a person (sender) sends a message to another – the receiver with a specific intention in a particular form.
Channels : The medium is another factor that can influence the receiver’s response.
 Receiver action : The success of the process of the communication depends entirely on how the receiver acts or reacts to the message.

3.      What is major mistake in communication ?


             Not editing your work,  Delivering bad news by Email,  Avoiding difficult conversation,  Not being assertive,  Reacting, not responding , Not preparing thoroughly,  Not keeping an open mind when meeting with new people,  Assuming that your message has been understood,  Accidently violating others privacy.
